Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati ji use to say that VidyāDānam, the gift of knowledge, is the greatest of all dānam, because it helps to convert a person from the level of a consumer to that of a contributor. AIM for Seva was established with the aim of helping children from rural and tribal parts of our country, especially those who cannot afford schooling, to gain access to proper education with Indian samaskaras (values).
The Inder & Prabha Sharma Girls School (Unit of AIM for Seva) aims to fulfil an important goal envisioned by our Founder – encouraging girls from rural India to pursue education. Located in the heart of central India in Khategaon, Dewas District, Madhya Pradesh, the Inder & Prabha Sharma Girls School has made a big difference in the region.
I am happy to share that one of our students secured the 10th position in the Madhya Pradesh merit list (Class 10 board examination) last year.
By providing access to good education and other facilities, the school management hopes the girls will become leaders of tomorrow and contribute to their communities and country.
